Terrace Chairs (2020)
Canvas print, Acrylic,. Edition 4. 70x70 cm
This piece marks the beginning of Hello Madison. In 2020, at the start of the pandemic, I sat alone in a cafe and began sketching the iconic Union Terrace chairs with simple lines. This was the moment I decided to start my Instagram journey. The work incorporates the signature colors of the Terrace.

A Scoop of Summer (2020)

Capitol Winter Glow (2024)
Canvas print, Acrylic, Modeling paste,. Edition 2. 60x60 cm

Winter Fest (2023)
Canvas print, Acrylic, Modeling paste,. Edition 1. 60x60 cm
"Winter Fest" was inspired by the annual event at the Wisconsin Union, where the Statue of Liberty humorously appears frozen on Lake Mendota, reminiscent of scenes from The Day After Tomorrow. I gave the statue a playful wink, adding a touch of humor to the icy scene. In Madison, where winters are long, festivals like this are an essential part of the season’s charm.

"Snow Day at Bascom" captures the serene stillness of the city on a heavy snow day. The white canvas mirrors a city blanketed in snow, evoking the quiet calm that comes with a snow day. The image of Bascom Hill covered in white brings to mind the peaceful beauty of winter in Madison, making it a nostalgic piece for those familiar with the city’s winters.

Streets of Madison (2023)
Canvas print, Acrylic, Modeling paste,. Edition 1. 60x60 cm
"Streets of Madison" was inspired by a piece near the Madison Children's Museum. I incorporated the names of Madison’s streets, evoking memories for those who miss the city. The street names serve as familiar landmarks for anyone with a connection to Madison, bringing a sense of nostalgia and place.

Our First Home Journey (2023)
Acrylic on Canvas,. 122x150 cm
In the winter of 2022, waiting for the arrival of our first baby in June 2023, fate led us to our first home in Middleton Hills. Little did we know, a hidden purple paradise awaited us in the backyard, lovingly tended by the prior owner. Inspired by this unexpected beauty, I painted our home's essence – a violet land and a romantic sunset. This artwork is our heartfelt tribute to the love and magic of our home. Grateful for this chapter!
